GDFit is growing!
Due to overwhelming success GDFit has added more classes!
In addition to our currently scheduled Mon, Wed, Fri, classes we have added Tuesday and Thursday evening classes as well.
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 8:15AM & 6:15PM.
Tuesday & Thursday 6:15 PM
GDFit is a 30 minute HIIT class. Classes are full and people are getting Fit.
GDFit is a great opportunity to get started at Gnardog
with fast paced foundational movements that will get fit and ready to take it to the next level.

This pup is turning 3!
Please join us as we celebrate our 3-Year Anniversary!
We will be having a family style picnic/BBQ at Millerton Lake on Saturday, July 28th.
There will be food, games, swimming, and lots of fit friends to enjoy the day with.
We recently had a 29 day challenge to jump start a change in the way we look at food. FOOD IS FUEL!
We had many start on the Zone Diet but Louie here lost the most.
Down 16 lbs in 29 days & he is continuing on this lifestyle change!
Our gym does not only include an exceptional fitness program &
coaching but also nutrition guidance & direction.
We begin to speak about nutrition in our entrance program everyone new takes
when you begin at Gnardog.
