All new members will need to complete our Foundation Program to build a solid base of correct functional movement before graduating to our CrossFit classes. Our Foundation Program will revolve around instruction on the 9 foundational movements.
- Front Squat
- Overhead Squat
- Push Press
- Push Jerk
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- Medicine Ball Clean.
Included are some gymnastic & weightlifting movements. The Foundation Program is designed to introduce CrossFit to the Athlete regardless of their background. The new Athletes will have time to ask any questions they have about CrossFit.
Each Foundation class is structured just as our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes are ran.
